Emily’s style of therapy is humanistic and interpersonal, leaving her clients feeling heard, understood, and a clear direction moving forward. She recognizes that the complexities of life can be stressful and overwhelming, so she prioritizes not only supporting her clients through these challenges but strongly believes in empowering them to identify and utilize their strengths and skills to overcome them. 

With her compassionate and caring nature, clients say it’s easy for them to open up and confide in her. Emily encourages her clients to be their most authentic selves in session, and strives for her clients to leave session feeling confident and comfortable in being authentic in their daily lives.

Emily’s experience in working with diverse populations has enabled her to best support the various challenges her clients encounter, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. 

A mindful and present focused approach is where Emily starts. She aims to tackle the NOW so that you can enjoy the present and reach your goals for the future.
When working with Emily, you can expect a compassionate, transparent, and supportive therapist to rely on. She’s there to guide you, challenge you, and encourage you to reach your goals. Her belief is that through client and therapist collaboration no problem is too big or too small. 

By creating a tailored treatment plan that fits your needs, Emily helps you build the life that you’ve been wanting at a pace that’s right for you. Her practice emphasizes her client’s strengths that they so often overlook. 

Working from a mindful and present focused approach, Emily utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing modalities. 

By turning hardships into resilience, Emily offers her clients tools and new found confidence in order to thrive. Emily’s clients often say that her non-judgmental and caring nature makes her easy to confide in and after speaking with her, it is as if “a weight was lifted off their shoulders”. Emily will be there to support you through the anxieties and feelings of hopelessness that we often hold within ourselves.

What do you do to de-stress? 

Start every Monday morning with a trip to the farmers market and meal prep to make my week a bit easer

How do you set yourself up for a successful week? 

Tel Aviv- I studied there abroad and am in Love with the city
