Gabrielle specializes in supporting individuals who experience adjustment difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and addiction.

Gabrielle provides both individual and group therapy with a person-centered, strength-based, and collaborative therapeutic approach. She integrates multiple modalities in her work including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy.

Gabrielle strives to ensure a warm, safe, and supportive therapeutic relationship.

Her work focuses on gaining insight into thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to move towards a more fulfilling and authentic life. This awareness will help with identifying and changing faulty thinking patterns that may create barriers towards actualizing your potential in important areas. She aims to empower individuals to implement skills that aid in maintaining self-acceptance and confidence.

Gabrielle received her Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Union College. She continued her training at Mount Sinai.
