Michele offers an unbiased, collaborative, and motivational approach and makes every effort to create a safe environment where her clients feel comfortable.

Her therapeutic style is direct and individualized, and she prioritizes fully understanding each of her clients unique challenges and goals. She is able to do this through various treatment modalities including solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and coaching.

Michele received her Masters in Clinical Social Work from Rutgers University. Michele has been featured in PsychCentral in addition to other publications. 

Michele specializes in working with individuals who experience relationship issues, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and life transitions.

Michele is able to quickly empathize with her clients and help them identify how they can develop coping mechanisms, enact positive change, and enhance their inner strengths. Michele's calm demeanor and warm approach allows her to quickly establish meaningful relationships with her clients, and they trust her to help them find the strength and ability to overcome their challenges.
