In sessions, we will work together to identify the qualities you are looking for in a partner and how this potential person is meeting your expectations.

We want to help you create a sense of wholeness, even if you are single and not currently in a relationship. We will work on addressing potential issues that could be preventing them from making a connection. We will also discuss topics such as vulnerability, intimacy, connection, and confidence in themselves. We want you to know your value and worth outside of a romantic relationship, so this will be a major focus in the therapeutic process.

For individuals who have been through a breakup, we will do a lot of grief work to uncover and cope with the emotions associated with it. We understand that breakups can be heartbreaking, and we are here to provide a safe space to express your feelings. We will work together to help you gain closure, build self-confidence in social situations, and create better boundaries with intimate partners.

We understand that it can be hard to leave a relationship or come to terms with the fact that it is not healthy for you. Together, we will work on identifying healthy relationships, what qualities you are looking for in a relationship, and how they are being met or not. We will also look at what is holding you in the relationship, setting boundaries, what's realistic for a person to change, and recognizing the role you play in the relationship dynamic.
