By focusing on identifying how low self-esteem is developed, understanding how it is maintained, and learning tools to move towards self acceptance, this group will support you in building a healthy self-view. In this group, you will learn, be challenged, and feel supported to reframe your current negative narrative that is limiting you from reaching your potential.

PERFECTIONISM GROUP
By confronting your perfectionist mindset, you will work towards developing realistic expectations to feel like your most grounded and confident self. Through the support and understanding of the group, you will learn that your value is not based on achievement, but that it comes from within.
