Having started her career in the Communications and Public Relations industry, Alexandra applies the same skills she used helping companies rewrite their stories and navigate complex transitions to the most important story of all – your life story. Her practice is grounded in her unwavering commitment to helping clients to write, edit, and refine their most authentic narratives, empowering each and every one of them to author the next chapters of their lives with intention and self-acceptance. Having navigated the pressures of corporate life firsthand, Alexandra deeply understands the challenges that come with demanding professional environments and her lived experience allows her to connect wholeheartedly with clients facing workplace stress, career transitions, or the challenge of finding fulfillment while managing professional demands.

Put on my favorite Spotify playlist, pour myself a glass of wine, and cook a favorite recipe

What do you do to de-stress? 

Fresh sheets, nourishing home cooked meal, weekend to-do list completed, schedule set for the upcoming week, early bedtime with a good book!

How do you set yourself up for a successful week? 

Africa! Especially the elephant sanctuary in Kenya (my favorite animal 🐘)
