Working through a goal-oriented approach, Lexi assists her clients in recognizing and altering negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to their challenges. She aims to confront and reshape negative beliefs, leading to a transformation in a client’s emotional reactions and behaviors. 

Lexi is experienced in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationships. She uses a variety of therapeutic modalities to help clients move closer to their goals. 

She draws from practice styles that encourage clients to actively engage with her to identify, comprehend, and resolve their challenges. This leads to both personal development and lasting transformation. 

As a therapist, her role involves assisting clients in exploring areas where they might feel stuck in life. Collaboratively, they address and conquer the barriers that prevent their path to happiness.

I create goals at the beginning of each week and monitor them daily, creating a schedule and a weekly checklist, dedicating time each week to organizing my tasks, planning my week on Sundays
