With her experience in both individual and group counseling, Elizabeth is deeply dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship dynamics, trauma, grief, and OCD. Elizabeth has a deep understanding of the challenges that accompany major life transitions during emerging adulthood, including shifts in health, mental health, family dynamics, and career. With a background in business and finance, she brings a unique perspective to career transitions and the pressures faced by young professionals. These experiences allow Elizabeth to connect authentically with clients, offering both compassionate support and practical strategies for navigating obstacles and embracing change.

Elizabeth believes that openness is key to growth and that a genuine, authentic connection between client and therapist is paramount for lasting transformation and healing. Elizabeth’s therapeutic approach is supportive, integrative, and genuine, guiding clients to identify their goals and creating a space for vulnerability, growth, and true healing. Elizabeth encourages clients to explore and reframe limiting thought patterns and behaviors, helping them build healthier coping mechanisms and work towards the life they desire. She uses a holistic, humanistic approach, informed by modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness to tailor her care to each client’s unique needs.

Working out- Hot Sculpt, Pilates, Running, walking on the West Side Highway- or hanging out with friends and family. 

What do you do to de-stress? 

Making a daily/weekly to-do list, planning my workouts for the week, and getting a good night sleep
