Requirements
- Master's degree and requisite state licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LCAT, LMFT, Limited Permit holders)
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment or a hybrid setup at our Manhattan office
- Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet, and a professional appearing and private virtual workspace free from distractions
- Adaptability to technology, software platforms, and operating systems
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through; abides by practice policies and procedures
- Ability to balance autonomy with seeking support
- The mentality of an eager and humble learner; coachable
- Collaborative and community-minded
- Meet workload expectations: FT status is considered 25-30 billable hours per week PT status is considered 5-8 billable hours per week
