I worked with five therapists prior to my work with Eliza, but I never had a connection like the one I have now. After over a year and a half, I have gained the tools to tune out comparative thoughts that are not serving me, combat negative self-talk, and set achievable goals with realistic expectations.

She is a close and active listener, regularly referencing things that I said months before to demonstrate progress or patterns. When I began therapy, I told her that there were some subjects I wasn't comfortable talking about. Now, there isn't anything I wouldn't discuss in our sessions.
